To exercise off the grid all you really need to do is find ways to exercise which don't require electricity or water.
Which is really, surprisingly easy.
But if you are short on ideas here is some links to websites about "Frugal Exercises" which will give you ideas on how you can exercise both off the grid and with minimal costs.
So yes.
No shortage of ways to "Exercise Off The Grid". After all, the cavemen did it long before treadmills were invented, so why can't we?
